Who We Are

Dear Cos Cob School Parents, Families & Prospective Families,

On behalf of the Cos Cob School PTA, we welcome you, or welcome you back, to Cos Cob School! We hope the 2023 - 2024 school year will be a year of great learning and community for our students and their families. The PTA will be hard at work supporting the academic and extracurricular needs of our students, teacher and administrators.

We are really looking forward to co-chairing the CCS PTA this year and welcome you all to become active members of this organization. We promise you will not regret the time, money, or energy you devote to this great school and its community.

Many dedicated volunteers have already been hard at work planning wonderful events and programs for the coming school year. We encourage you to visit the calendar of events to see the events and visitors we will be sponsoring this year, as well as a number of community events, afters classes, and our early bird child care program. All of these events and so many others need volunteer support, so please consider helping out!

We will also host regular general PTA meetings that will include topical speakers on mindfulness, child development, parenting and other current issues we hope you find interesting and helpful. Please let us know if you have a topic or a speaker that you would like to see on the schedule.

We look forward to meeting and working with you this school year. If you have any questions or suggestions about how the PTA can better serve Cos Cob School, please do not hesitate to let us know.

Thank you and here’s to a great year!
