If your child is experiencing problems with his or her iPad (K-2), try these steps:
1. Quit the app (click home button 2 times, then swipe up) and open it again.
2. If quitting the app doesn't work, do a hard restart (hold down the home button and power button at the same time until the Apple icon appears) and then open it again.
3. Have your child bring the iPad to the Learning Commons and see Mrs. Shwartz or Mr. Pucci. Do not bring a GPS-issued iPad to the Apple Store for service!
If your child has a problem with his/her Chromebook, have him or her bring the Chromebook to Mr. Pucci.
If your child forgets his/her device at home, we have a very limited number of devices for the student to borrow for the day. Please make sure your child brings their device back to school every day!
